We’re back from the INTIX 2016 Conference and Exhibition — enjoying the warmth in Arizona (though some of us wish our offices were on the East Coast so we could have been stuck at Disneyland a few extra days….). We’re here for a quick recap of ticketing’s biggest conference, hosted this year in Anaheim, CA.

Our Booth Party kicked off opening night, January 20th. We offered custom cocktails (champagne, chambord, and cranberry), took submissions for our contest to win a Surface 3 (congratulations to the winner, pictured below!), and met a lot of people who were excited to hear our big announcement!

CEO Lynne King Smith took the podium at 5:30 as we unveiled our news: our new enterprise platform, powered by Softix! If you stopped by the Booth Party, you know that Softix CTO Greg Fahy joined us from Sydney, so he could be around to answer questions and give mini demos at our booth. We heard a lot of excitement over the new technologies we’ll be offering, including Invite a Friend™, Full House™, and Dynamic Mobile Tickets. We’re thrilled to be able to offer venues this more robust platform, with powerful capabilities and the latest technologies you need to sell more tickets.

We spent the next two days Demoing to Disney, with daily chances to win Disneyland tickets (that our winners hopefully enjoyed if they experienced blizzard delays!). We were thrilled to have Greg Fahy on hand to delve into some of the exciting new features on this platform, from waitlists and custom home pages, to membership services and new mobile capabilities.

A lot of TicketForce employees were around to meet you and answer your questions, and we loved the chance to spend time with both our current clients and new faces. Lynne and Ami Johnson, Product Specialist, had a great time speaking on the Inspiration Stage, and we hope you enjoyed their talk if you were able to attend.

If we missed you this year at INTIX, we hope to see you next year. In the meantime, you can read our official press release announcing our enterprise platform. We’ll be posting more information about the platform soon, but you can still sign up for our demo waitlist, so you can see first-hand these exciting new features.
